The seller and digital product
Tejas Thapliyal is an individual seller. ₹10 digital Kannada Rajyotsava greeting and scratch-card experience, instant on-screen digital delivery after payment confirmation. No physical goods, no shipping. The fixed price is ₹10 INR, inclusive of all taxes. Scratching is a visual interaction, and every buyer receives the greeting.
Confirmation, access window and saving
The animated scratch card opens on this website, in the original browser, immediately after the server confirms successful payment. Scratching changes only the visual reveal. Every buyer receives the same digital greeting.
You receive an animated scratch card, illustrated Kannada Rajyotsava greeting, optional festive music and a 1440 × 2160 PNG image to save or share. No physical goods, no shipping.
Your on-screen greeting access lasts up to 10 minutes after confirmation and cannot outlast its payment session. You can save or share the image during the session. A saved image remains on your device after the website session ends. Replay is available during the valid access window.
If payment succeeds but the greeting is not delivered, contact tejassonlineorders@gmail.com or +91 80776 74031 with the payment reference. Please do not pay again to retry delivery. See the Refund and Cancellation policy.
Opening an app, scanning a QR, closing a payment window or seeing a frontend success message does not grant access. The backend must confirm the successful result for the matching browser session. Keep the original page open if confirmation is delayed.
Use of the greeting
You may save and share the greeting for personal celebration. Do not tamper with payment requests, use another visitor’s private session or automate excessive requests. Connectivity, browser permissions and device support can affect native sharing or music. Reduced motion and a reveal control for people unable to scratch are available.
Support, refunds and cancellation
For delivery failure or duplicate payment, request help within 7 days of payment and include the payment reference. Contact tejassonlineorders@gmail.com or +91 80776 74031 during Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM IST. The Refund and Cancellation policy explains eligibility and processing. These terms do not limit applicable consumer rights.
