Refund and Cancellation
Eligible cases
- Payment succeeded but the greeting was not delivered.
- A duplicate payment was made for the same intended greeting purchase.
Request within 7 days of payment
If payment succeeds but the greeting is not delivered, or a duplicate payment is made, request a refund within 7 days of payment by email or phone and include the payment reference. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after the request is verified.
Contact tejassonlineorders@gmail.com or +91 80776 74031. Include the payment reference, payment date, amount and a short description of the delivery issue or duplicate payment. Do not send a UPI PIN, OTP, password, CVV or full card number.
Refund method and timing
The seller verifies the payment and issue. Eligible refunds return to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after the request is verified. Refunds are not sent to a different account or UPI address.
Cancellation
You can leave before paying or cancel an unfinished checkout. Closing a payment window does not cancel an already successful payment. If payment succeeded but delivery failed, or payment was duplicated, contact the seller using the process above. No physical returns or shipping are involved.
